Continuing education and hands-on training designed to help real estate agents confidently attract, educate, and represent new construction buyers.

And we're helping bridge the gap between buyer's agents, on-site sales professionals, builders, and brokerages along the way.

NEW CONSTRUCTION IS DIFFERENT

The Education Should Be Too.

New construction isn't just another transaction.

From builder processes and onsite relationships to financing, incentives, buyer preparation, negotiations, and contract-to-closing, agents need specialized knowledge to confidently guide new construction buyers.

The New Construction Real Estate School was created to provide practical education agents can take from the classroom directly into their businesses and buyer transactions.

No generic CE.

No sitting through three hours just to earn credit.

Real scenarios. Real conversations. Real application.

Current CE Class Offerings

Interactive, new construction-specific courses designed around the situations agents encounter in the real world.

  • 1. Niching in New Construction: Buyer Specialist Certification
A foundational course designed to help agents understand what it means to specialize in new construction and build a business around serving new construction buyers. Agents explore the differences between new construction and resale, ways to niche within the new construction market, the roles of onsite and buyer's agents, the new construction team, financing and incentives, buyer-focused marketing, and the fundamentals of building a repeatable new construction business.

Key Topics: New construction vs. resale | 5 ways to niche | Onsite vs. buyer's agent | New construction team | Financing and incentives | Marketing | Building the business

  • 2. New Construction Buyer Representation: Avoiding Costly Mistakes
An interactive course examining 30+ common mistakes agents make before, during, and after a new construction transaction. Through scenarios, activities, discussion, and best-practice instruction, agents learn how seemingly small mistakes can affect buyer representation, builder relationships, financing, negotiations, transaction management, and the overall buyer experience.

    Key Topics: Mindset mistakes | Pre-touring mistakes | Pre-approval mistakes | Pre-contract follow-up mistakes | Negotiation mistakes | Contract-to-closing mistakes | Best practices

  • 3. New Construction Financing: Matching & Qualifying Buyers
A practical course designed to help agents better understand how financing and builder incentives can affect a buyer's purchasing power, monthly payment, cash to close, and available home options. Agents learn how to recognize and compare common new construction financing incentives, identify important questions to ask lenders and on-site agents, and better match buyers with appropriate new construction opportunities—without stepping outside the agent's scope of expertise.

Key Topics: Builder financing incentives | Preferred lenders | Fixed-rate incentives | Rate buydowns | Closing-cost contributions | Cash to close | Purchase price vs. payment | Buyer qualification | Comparing opportunities

FOR BUILDERS & ONSITE SALES TEAMS

Your community is literally our classroom.

New construction isn't one module in a larger real estate curriculum.

It's what we do.

What Agents are saying

"Deeper than surface"

This was the first CE Class or training I had in a while that I left feeling refreshed and energized, where I felt like I actually learned something useful, beyond "post more." Tamasia and Shayla are literally breaking down how to do new construction and do it well.

- Agent at KW West

"My life changed forever"

I have always wanted to get into new construction but didn't find anywhere that really taught it. I love that the classes are taught by agents who really DO new construction, rather than someone giving us theory. Every class has been different and I always look forward to the next one! This has been more than just a CE Class

What Did Agents Actually Learn?

Rather than tell you what makes our classes different, let's go behind the scenes and hear it from the agents who experienced one.
